Wow!! It is December already.

In my part of the world we have snow on the mountains know some of you are in the hottest time of the year right now! Be sure to enjoy yourself, where ever you are in the world. Rather than sending an email with aromatherapy recipes in it mid month, as promised, AND a newsletter, I am issuing Zenergy News early and including the recipes in this issue. My aim is to simplify your life a bit...enjoy!

On a side note, for those of you looking for a special something for a special someone, see the PS of this e-Zine.

Health-E Tip:
12 Holiday Stress Busters

1. Make time to reflect upon what is important to you in your life.
2. Spend less money and more time with the people you love, like and
care about.
3. Ask what your friends and family would like as a gift that would
mean more to them than something money could buy.
4. Ask yourself, "What will make me stay and be balanced over the
holiday season?" - Do it!
5. Treat yourself or do something for yourself you have always wanted
to do.
6. Stay hydrated - drink water! When we get busy the first thing many
of us forget to do is drink water. Water keeps us sane, alert, focused,
energized and fresh.
7. Spend within your means this holiday season. Eliminate your
financial stress and spend what you have in your pocket to spend. Look for sales and the little things that count big time.
8. Contribute to a family, charity, person or cause you believe in and
support. Send a card, give your time, donate financially, do what feels good
and makes sense for you.
9. Instead of exchanging gifts with friends have a potluck dinner, desert
party, board game party, appy party, a wine and cheese or even eggnog
lattés by candle light to connect, see each other and tune into where
each of you are at in your lives.
10. Be easy on yourself.
11. Make amends with someone you want to smooth things over with.
Take the first step. Make the first move. It may change yore life.
12. Celebrate and appreciate the people in your life that have made a
difference. Let them know the difference they have made.

These are powerful stress busters. Have fun with them!

Aromatherapy Zenergizers:

The following aromatherapy recipes are fabulous in an aromatherapy burner.

Joy at Work - Great for the office
5 drops bergamot
2 drops lemon
3 drops pine
1 drop grapefruit

Intimate Moments - Great for the bedroom, a bath or a massage
3 drops ylang-ylang
6 drops sandalwood
2 drops tuberose

Pick Me Up - A great energizer and relaxation combination
6 drops bergamot
2 drops neroli
2 drops geranium
1 drop grapefruit

Workplace Wellness Tip:
Energize Your Office

1. If you are allowed, get an aromatherapy burner for your office
environment. Use the Joy at Work Recipe and watch people transform.
2. Instead of bringing cookies and cakes to your office over the holidays, bring a vegetable platter. People will love it!
3. Another substitute for cookies, baking and chocolate is to bring in a
fruit platter with vanilla yogurt to dip the fruit in. This is exquisite!

Yummy Recipe:
Sundried Tomatoe Holiday Humus

1 Can of chickpeas partially drained (I usually drain half the liquid from
the can)
3 cloves of garlic
4-5 sundried tomatoes soaked in olive oil
1/2 bunch of parsley
1/2 lemon
1tsp. Tahini (optional)
1tsp balsamic vinegar
Dash of sea salt

Combine the garlic and sundried tomatoes in the blender or food processor and mince. Add the rest of the ingredients and puree until you have a smooth consistency.

This is a fabulous disc to bring to a potluck along with vegetables and pita bread for dipping.
