Make YOU and your HEALTH a priority. Are you worth the investment? I believe you are. ACTION: Schedule time for you. Schedule time for activities in your life that make you feel good, and look good. Make time for eating well, and taking care of you and your body. Create space in your life to do the things that make you healthy, and contribute to your health. Say YES to you and your health in the decisions you make. Workplace
Wellness Tip: Go outside during your lunch break. Take some nice deep breathes of fresh air. It will revitalize you. Yummy
Recipe: (For
two people)
If you are using large potatoes chop them up into bite size chunks. Serve with extra virgin cold pressed olive oil drizzled on top, or butter. Yummmmmmers! 2003
