Make Time For You


A number of subscribers to Zenergy News said "I have a hard time finding spare time to work on great things like my health, and things that are good for me."

QUESTION: How do you find time for your health when you are BUSY!

ANSWER: Make YOU and your HEALTH a priority.
What is more important - your clients, your work, your business, your family, your friends, your career, your boss's needs, or your health? Hopefully you answered your health because if you do not have your health, you lose everything else in the process.

Are you worth the investment? I believe you are.

ACTION: Schedule time for you. Schedule time for activities in your life that make you feel good, and look good. Make time for eating well, and taking care of you and your body. Create space in your life to do the things that make you healthy, and contribute to your health. Say YES to you and your health in the decisions you make.


Workplace Wellness Tip:
Out To Lunch

Go outside during your lunch break. Take some nice deep breathes of fresh air. It will revitalize you.


Yummy Recipe:
Steamed Potatoes with Dill

(For two people)
2 large potatoes
or 7 baby potatoes for each person
3tsp fresh chopped dill

If you are using large potatoes chop them up into bite size chunks.

Place the potatoes in a pot with a small amount of water in the bottom, maybe 1cm or so, enough for steaming. Sprinkle the fresh chopped dill on top of the potatoes. Steam until done.

Serve with extra virgin cold pressed olive oil drizzled on top, or butter. Yummmmmmers!
